Offer agreement for the provision of services

Company Responsibilities

- Provision of services
4.1. After accepting the offer, the Company provides an electronic key through your personal account and e-mail, within 24 hours from the date of payment.
4.2. In case of pre-ordering the key, it will be provided within 3 business days from the release date of the game.
Return
5.1. According to consumer protection legislation, the return of digital goods of proper quality is not provided.
5.2. Digital goods that have been sold cannot be returned or exchanged. This means that once purchased, you have no right to request the return of the product, exchange for another product, or other similar actions that involve the return of the sold product back to our property.
Rights and obligations of the parties

Price and payment
7.1. The cost of the item you see at the time of purchase is the final amount that will be deducted from your account at checkout. Payment is made in any available way.
Final provisions
8.1. The contract is indefinite.
8.2. Messages from the User to the Company are considered to be sent correctly if they are made in writing with all the necessary data.
8.3. The Agreement was concluded in accordance with the current laws.
